OBC cell

The OBC cell of Goa University comprises of the following members.

• Shri. Parag D. Parobo - Chairperson - Associate Professor, Dept. of History
• Dr. Rupesh Eknath Patre - Member - Associate Professor, School of Chemical Sciences
• Dr. Lakshangy Suresh Charya - Member - Assistant Professor, Dept. of Microbiolory
• Dr. Sheryl Oliveira Fernandes - Member - Assistant Professor, School of Earth, Ocean and Atmospheric Sciences
• Shri Miiind Shivolkar - Member - Assistant Registrar, Finance Section
• Smt. Suvarna Joshi - Member - LDC, Administration - Teaching Section
• Shri Kishor Nagvekar - Member - MTS, Dept. of Hindi

The tenure of the Cell will be for a period of two years i.e. up to 13 Jul 2023.

Terms of Reference:-

• To ensure compliance of reservation orders issued in favour of OBC.
• To guide in implementation of various schemes earmarked and sanctioned for OBC Category.
