Grievance Redressal Committee in accordance with the requirement as per the UGC communication comprising of the following members to look into prevention of caste based discrimination of students and staff.

- Dr. Vinay Mukund Madgaonkar - Member - Assistant Professor, Shenoi Goembab School of Languages and Literature
- Dr. Rupali Bhandari - Member - Assistant Professor, School of Biological Sciences and Biotechnology
- Shri Milind Shivolkar - Member - Assistant Registrar, Finance Division
- Smt. Sneha Kavlekar - Member - Senior Stenographer, Finance Division(DTT)
- Shri Kalpesh Dhuri - Member - Upper Division Clerk, Administration (Non-Teaching)
The tenure of the Cell will be for a period of two years i.e. up to 08 Jan 2028.
Terms of Reference:-
- The committee shall ensure prompt disposal of grievances/representation of OBC students and staff.
- To suggest/devise mechanism to prevent any act of discrimination against OBC students and staff of Goa University on grounds of their social origin.
- To suggest/devise mechanism to prevent indulgence of employees in any kind of discrimination against students and staff belonging to OBC categories.
