The Goa University Library and Information Centre was set up on 30th of June 1985 around the nucleus of the Library of the Centre for Post Graduate Instruction and Research, University of Bombay. The initial collection numbered 37,678 books and several bound volumes of periodicals. Institutional Repository of Goa University collects and deposits the publications of our faculty. It also has digital copies of all the theses submitted for the award of PhD. The dissertations of Postgraduate students also form part of our repository. Click here to visit the repository.
University Grants Commission through the INFLIBNET Centre, Gandhinagar, Gujrat (An Inter-University Centre of the UGC) provides access to e-resources to 432 universities all over India. The consortium provides access to current as well as archival access to more than 7500+ core and peer-reviewed journals and 10 bibliographic databases from 26 publishers and aggregators in different disciplines.
