NMR Laboratory

History:

The Laboratory consists of a BRUKER 400 AVANCE-III MHz NMR Spectrometer installed in 2012. The provision was made under the DST-FIST program. The equipment caters to the need of mainly Organic, Inorganic chemists for routine analysis and structure elucidation of compounds.

Research areas:

The equipment is useful for chemists working in the area of organic, inorganic and interdisciplinary fields of Chemistry.

This is one of the prime facility in SCS which has benefited several M.Sc. and Ph.D. students in their research output and overall project deliveries, resulting in high-quality research publications.
