     Book writing

    • Over the three years Prof Madhav Gadgil aim to complete collecting material for and writing a book on the Ecological History of Goa, set in the broader framework of economic, political, social history, from 1960 till date, based on a combination of field work, oral history interviews, and archival work.
    • Initiated work on the project with field trips on Mandovi river and nearby water-bodies [10/6/13], Verle village of Velips in Sanguey [26/7/13], Shakachi Juve islands in Mandovi [5 & 6/10/13] .
