Goa University has started an association for post-graduate alumni named as Goa University Alumni Association, Goa (GUAAG). This is a registered body and has enrolled ex-students of Goa University as well as the erstwhile Centre of Post Graduate Instruction and Research (CPIR) as life member with a membership fee of Rs. 250/- only. The main aim of the association is to create and develop a healthy co-operation between Goa University and the community in general.
