Application Form for issue of eligibility certificate.

The fees charged for the "Provisional Eligibility Certificate" categorywise is as under :-

• General & NRI : Rs. 350/-
• Foreign Students : Rs. 2,500/- fees towards 'P.E.C' and Rs. 22,500/- one time admission fee.

Application for the provisional statement of eligibility should be accompanied with the necessary certificates such as mark sheet of last University/Board examinations passed, migration certificate in original alongwith a xerox copies.
